STUDIO HIGHLIGHT - GHOST KIDZ

Meet Ghost Kidz — the animated hip-hop duo breaking mics, charts, bones, and hearts.

Created by Galen McKamy with three anonymous musician-artists, Ghost Kidz was developed alongside Scooter Braun, Chamillionaire, Santigold, Virgin Records, Tonic, and Electric Feel.

Their alter-egos, Lil’ ILL and Filth-E, crashed onto the scene with a surprise main stage hijack at Rolling Loud Miami, premiering their debut video “Goin’ Off” featuring Vince Staples just before Lil Uzi Vert’s set.

McKamy pitched and landed the Virgin Records deal, turning Ghost Kidz from animated characters into a real-world cultural project. Backed by Vince Staples, Pusha-T, Griselda Records’ Armani Caesar, and more, their sound bends old-school hip-hop energy into something built for right now.

For hip-hop’s 50th, Ghost Kidz partnered with Tommy Hilfiger on a limited capsule inspired by classic ‘90s style, dropping alongside “Big Bag” featuring Armani Caesar — fashion, music, and animated chaos in one five-knuckled flex.
